Returns/Exchange: We have a no return policy, an exchange will only be honored for a manufacturing defect that makes a product inoperable. Please be sure that the product you purchase is what you want, if you have questions about any of our products feel free to contact us. We will be happy to work with you and/or your contractor to ensure that your hardware is exactly what you need for your application.
